New & Expanded Features

Fire Tracker Fire Scenario Studio is an interactive, AI-powered scenario-based training and performance management platform for fire departments. Turn a photograph of a real building into a realistic incident, run it with your crew, and document the outcome — all in one place.

F-01

AI Photo-to-Scenario Generator

Upload a building photograph and the platform analyzes the visible structure — window and door openings, roof areas, and building geometry — then generates staged fire and smoke effects positioned around those features. Set the incident type and difficulty level and add instructor context before generating, then refine the effects in the scenario editor.

  • Start from a photograph of a real building
  • AI analyzes visible structure features
  • Fire and smoke staged around windows, doors, and roof areas
  • Choose the incident type and difficulty level
  • Add instructor context before generating
  • Refine the scenario in the editor

Ready-Made Scenario Library

18 ready-made scenarios spanning structure fire, wildland fire, hazmat, technical rescue, EMS, vehicle extrication, incident command, and other incident types. Each scenario is built in stages with clear objectives and instructor notes, and the events within it can be customized to match your department's response.

  • 18 scenarios ready to run
  • Structure fire, wildland fire, hazmat, technical rescue, EMS, vehicle extrication, incident command, and more
  • Staged exercises with defined objectives
  • Instructor notes built into every scenario
  • Customizable events
F-03

Interactive Fire and Smoke Simulator

Realistic staged fire and smoke effects bring the building to life, and instructors can trigger events during the exercise to test decision-making under pressure.

  • Staged fire and smoke effects
  • Instructor-triggered events
  • Built for decision-making exercises
F-04

Competency Analytics

See how individuals and the department as a whole are performing on decision-making, and where training should focus next.

  • Individual and department decision scores
  • Pass rates
  • Performance by incident type
  • Decisions to retrain
  • Member competency summaries
F-05

Training Hours and Records

Every session is documented — session dates, durations, firefighter participation, and training hours — alongside instructor evaluations. Records can be exported to CSV, with an LMS export option for departments that keep training in a learning management system. Scenario Studio is designed to support the training recordkeeping practices departments maintain for ISO and NFPA documentation; it does not certify compliance.

  • Session dates and durations
  • Firefighter participation and training hours
  • Instructor evaluations
  • CSV export
  • LMS export option
  • Built to support ISO/NFPA recordkeeping practices
F-06

Run History

Review previous scenario exercises and the performance recorded during them, so instructors can revisit a session, compare results over time, and build on past training.

  • Review previous scenario exercises
  • Revisit recorded performance
  • Compare results over time

The AI photo-to-scenario generator and the training-data export tools are newly released capabilities. Request a demo to see them in action before you rely on them in your training program.

New Feature

Interactive Tactical Scene Builder

Turn fireground strategy into hands-on interactive training.

Fire Tracker Scenario Studio is expanding with the new Interactive Tactical Scene Builder — an interactive training environment that allows firefighters to develop their tactical plan directly on an overhead view of a simulated emergency scene.

Members can position apparatus, select pre-marked hydrants, lay supply and attack hose lines, establish command, position RIT/RIC and staging, identify hazards, and build their complete tactical response plan directly on the scene.

This gives instructors a new way to teach apparatus placement, water supply, hose deployment, incident command, scene organization, hazard recognition, and tactical decision-making in an interactive environment.

// How It Works

How It Works

01

View the Scene

Members are presented with an overhead view of a simulated fire, accident, rescue, or other emergency scene.

02

Position Apparatus

Drag and position engines, ladder trucks, rescues, tankers, ambulances, command vehicles, and other apparatus where they should operate.

03

Establish Water Supply

Select pre-marked hydrants and determine how water supply should be established.

04

Lay Hose Lines

Create supply lines, attack lines, backup lines, and other hose deployments directly on the scene.

05

Build the Incident Plan

Position Command, RIT/RIC, staging, divisions/groups, EMS, hazards, collapse zones, and other tactical elements.

06

Submit for Review

Members submit their completed tactical scene for instructor review and feedback.

// Instructor Tools

Built for Instructors

Instructors will be able to create custom tactical training scenes using overhead images of residential structures, commercial buildings, roadways, accident scenes, industrial properties, and other emergency environments.

Instructors can pre-mark hydrants and hazards, assign scenarios to members, create reference plans, review completed tactical layouts, provide feedback, and evaluate how members approached the incident.
