"All of the apps together have taken our record keeping and decision making processes to a whole new level. Not only has our record keeping process for calls, training, equipment maintenance, staffing, and trip logs become significantly more streamlined, we are now able to use the data for decisions that need to be made for the department. It is much better than having several binders and having to transfer them to a spreadsheet or write it all down. Just like in sports, we use the data gathered to see our "performance" as a department and make adjustments as necessary."
